Return & Refund Policy

At EYA, we want you to love your purchase.

Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetic and personal care products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on products that have been opened or used.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for products that are:

  • Unopened
  • Unused
  • In their original packaging
  • In resalable condition

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@shopeya.ca with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging

We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
